21“Hearשִׁמְעוּ־ נָ֣אshim.'u- na'H8085 H4994thisזֹ֔אתZotH2063,O foolishסָכָ֖לsa.KhalH5530and senselessוְאֵ֣ין לֵ֑בve.'Ein LevH369 H3820peopleעַ֥ם'amH5971,who have eyesעֵינַ֤יִם'ei.Na.yimH5869but do notוְלֹ֣אve.Lo'H3808seeיִרְא֔וּyir.'UH7200,who have earsאָזְנַ֥יִם'a.ze.Na.yimH241but do notוְלֹ֥אve.Lo'H3808hearיִשְׁמָֽעוּ׃yish.Ma.'uH8085.

23But theseהַזֶּה֙ha.ZehH2088peopleוְלָעָ֤םve.la.'AmH5971haveהָיָ֔הha.YahH1961stubbornסוֹרֵ֣רso.RerH5637and rebelliousוּמוֹרֶ֑הu.mo.RehH4784heartsלֵ֖בlevH3820.They have turned asideסָ֖רוּSa.ruH5493and gone awayוַיֵּלֵֽכוּ׃vai.ye.Le.khuH1980.

24They have notוְלֹֽא־ve.lo'-H3808saidאָמְר֣וּ'a.me.RuH559in their heartsבִלְבָבָ֗םvil.va.VamH3824, ‘Let us fearנִ֤ירָא נָא֙Ni.ra' na'H3372 H4994אֶת־'et-H853the LORDיְהוָ֣הYah.wehH3068our Godאֱלֹהֵ֔ינוּ'e.lo.Hei.nuH430,who givesהַנֹּתֵ֗ןha.no.TenH5414the rainsגֶּ֛שֶׁםGe.shemH1653,both autumnיוֹרֶ֥הve.yo.rehH3138and springוּמַלְק֖וֹשׁu.mal.Ko.oshH4456,in seasonבְּעִתּ֑וֹbe.'i.ToH6256,who keepsיִשְׁמָר־yish.mor-H8104for usthe appointedחֻקּ֥וֹתchu.KotH2708weeksשְׁבֻע֛וֹתshe.vu.'otH7620of harvestקָצִ֖ירka.TzirH7105.’
