9Whoever staysהַיֹּשֵׁב֙hai.yo.ShevH3427in thisהַזֹּ֔אתha.ZotH2063cityבָּעִ֣ירba.'IrH5892will dieיָמ֕וּתya.MutH4191by swordבַּחֶ֖רֶבba.Che.revH2719and famineוּבָרָעָ֣בu.va.ra.'AvH7458and plagueוּבַדָּ֑בֶרu.va.Da.verH1698,but whoever goes outוְהַיּוֹצֵא֩ve.hai.yo.Tze'H3318and surrendersוְנָפַ֨לve.na.FalH5307toעַל־'al-H5921the Chaldeansהַכַּשְׂדִּ֜יםha.kas.DimH3778who besiegeהַצָּרִ֤יםha.tza.RimH6696youעֲלֵיכֶם֙'a.lei.KhemH5921will liveוְחָיָ֔הve.cha.yahH2421;he will retainוְהָֽיְתָה־ve.ha.ye.tah-H1961hislifeנַפְשׁ֖וֹnaf.ShoH5315like a spoil of warלְשָׁלָֽל׃le.sha.LalH7998.

10Forכִּ֣יkiH3588I have setשַׂ֣מְתִּיSam.tiH7760My faceפָ֠נַיFa.naiH6440against thisהַזֹּ֧אתha.ZotH2063cityבָּעִ֨ירba.'IrH5892to bring disasterלְרָעָ֛הle.ra.'AhH7451and notוְלֹ֥אve.Lo'H3808goodלְטוֹבָ֖הle.to.VahH2896,declaresנְאֻם־ne.'um-H5002the LORDיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068.It will be deliveredתִּנָּתֵ֔ןti.na.TenH5414into the handבְּיַד־be.yad-H3027of the kingמֶ֤לֶךְMe.lekhH4428of Babylonבָּבֶל֙ba.VelH894,who will destroy itוּשְׂרָפָ֖הּu.se.ra.FahH8313with fireבָּאֵֽשׁ׃ סba.'EshH784.’
