20And becauseכִּ֠יkiH3588they cried outזָעֲקוּ֙za.'a.KuH2199to Godלֵאלֹהִ֤יםle.lo.HimH430in battleבַּמִּלְחָמָ֔הba.mil.cha.MahH4421,they were helpedוַיֵּעָזְר֣וּvai.ye.'a.ze.RuH5826againstעֲלֵיהֶ֔ם'a.lei.HemH5921their enemies,and the Hagritesהַֽהַגְרִיאִ֔יםha.hag.ri.'ImH1905and allוְכֹ֖לve.KholH3605their alliesשֶׁ֣עִמָּהֶ֑םshe.'i.ma.HemH5973were deliveredוַיִּנָּתְנ֤וּvai.yi.na.te.NuH5414into their handsבְיָדָם֙ve.ya.DamH3027.Becauseכִּי־ki-H3588they put their trustבָ֥טְחוּVa.te.chuH982in God,He answered their prayersוְנַעְתּ֥וֹרve.na'.TorH6279.
21They seizedוַיִּשְׁבּ֣וּvai.yish.BuH7617the livestockמִקְנֵיהֶ֗םmik.nei.HemH4735of the Hagrites—50,000חֲמִשִּׁ֥ים אֶ֙לֶף֙cha.mi.Shim 'e.lefH2572H505camelsגְּֽמַלֵּיהֶ֞םge.ma.lei.HemH1581,250,000מָאתַ֤יִם וַחֲמִשִּׁים֙ אֶ֔לֶףma.Ta.yim va.cha.mi.Shim 'E.lefH3967H2572H505sheepוְצֹ֗אןve.TzonH6629,and 2,000אַלְפָּ֑יִם וְנֶ֥פֶשׁ'al.Pa.yim ve.Ne.feshH505H5315donkeysוַחֲמוֹרִ֖יםva.cha.mo.RimH2543. They also took100,000מֵ֥אָה אָֽלֶף׃Me.'ah 'A.lefH3967H505captivesאָדָ֖ם'a.DamH120,
22andכִּֽי־ki-H3588many othersרַבִּים֙ra.BimH7227fellנָפָ֔לוּna.Fa.luH5307slainחֲלָלִ֤יםcha.la.LimH2491,becauseכִּ֥יkiH3588the battleהַמִּלְחָמָ֑הha.mil.cha.MahH4421belonged to Godמֵהָאֱלֹהִ֖יםme.ha.'E.lo.HimH430.And they occupiedוַיֵּשְׁב֥וּvai.ye.she.VuH3427the landתַחְתֵּיהֶ֖םtach.tei.HemH8478untilעַד־'ad-H5704the exileהַגֹּלָֽה׃ פha.go.LahH1473.
