2And heדָּוִ֜ידda.VidH1732saidוַיֹּ֨אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559to the wholeלְכֹ֣ל׀le.KholH3605assemblyקְהַ֣לke.HalH6951of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֗לYis.ra.'ElH3478, “Ifאִם־'im-H518it seems goodט֜וֹבTovH2896to youעֲלֵיכֶ֨ם'a.lei.KhemH5921,and if this isוּמִן־u.min-H4480of the LORDיְהוָ֣הYah.wehH3068our Godאֱלֹהֵ֗ינוּ'e.lo.Hei.nuH430,let us send wordנִשְׁלְחָ֞הnish.le.ChahH7971far and wideנִפְרְצָה֙nif.re.TzahH6555toעַל־'al-H5921the restהַנִּשְׁאָרִ֗יםha.nish.'a.RimH7604of our brothersאַחֵ֣ינוּ'a.Chei.nuH251in allבְּכֹל֙be.KholH3605the landאַרְצ֣וֹת'ar.TzotH776of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֔לYis.ra.'ElH3478,and alsoוְעִמָּהֶ֛םve.'i.ma.HemH5973to the priestsהַכֹּהֲנִ֥יםha.ko.ha.NimH3548and Levitesוְהַלְוִיִּ֖םve.hal.vi.YimH3881in their citiesבְּעָרֵ֣יbe.'a.ReiH5892and pasturelandsמִגְרְשֵׁיהֶ֑םmig.re.shei.HemH4054,so that they may joinוְיִקָּבְצ֖וּve.yi.ka.ve.TzuH6908usאֵלֵֽינוּ׃'e.Lei.nuH413.

3Then let us bring backוְנָסֵ֛בָּהve.na.Se.bahH5437אֶת־'et-H853the arkאֲר֥וֹן'a.RonH727of our Godאֱלֹהֵ֖ינוּ אֵלֵ֑ינוּ'e.lo.Hei.nu 'e.Lei.nuH430 H413,forכִּי־ki-H3588we did notלֹ֥אlo'H3808inquire of Himדְרַשְׁנֻ֖הוּde.rash.Nu.huH1875in the daysבִּימֵ֥יbi.MeiH3117of Saulשָׁאֽוּל׃sha.'UlH7586.”

4Andוַיֹּאמְר֥וּvai.yo.me.RuH559becauseכִּֽי־ki-H3588this proposalהַדָּבָ֖רha.da.VarH1697seemedבְּעֵינֵ֥יbe.'ei.NeiH5869rightיָשַׁ֥רya.SharH3474to allכָֽל־khol-H3605the peopleהָעָֽם׃ha.'AmH5971,the wholeכָל־khol-H3605assemblyהַקָּהָ֖לha.ka.HalH6951agreed to itלַעֲשׂ֣וֹת כֵּ֑ןla.'a.Sot KenH6213 H3651.
