1 And the second הַשֵּׁנִי֙ ha.she.Ni H8145 lot הַגּוֹרָ֤ל ha.go.Ral H1486 came out for Simeon לְשִׁמְע֔וֹן le.shim.'on H8095 , even for the tribe לְמַטֵּ֥ה le.ma.Teh H4294 of the children of Simeon שִׁמְע֖וֹן shim.'on H8095 according to their families H4940 : and their inheritance נַֽחֲלָתָ֔ם na.cha.la.Tam H5159 was H1961 in the midst בְּת֖וֹךְ be.Tokh H8432 of the inheritance נַחֲלַ֥ת na.cha.Lat H5159 of the children of Judah יְהוּדָֽה׃ ye.hu.Dah H3063 . 2 And they had for their inheritance בְּנַֽחֲלָתָ֑ם be.na.cha.la.Tam H5159 Beer-sheba, or Sheba וְשֶׁ֖בַע ve.She.va' H7652 , and Moladah וּמוֹלָדָֽה׃ u.mo.la.Dah H4137 , 3 and Hazar-shual H2705 , and Balah , and Ezem וָעָֽצֶם׃ va.'A.tzem H6107 , 4 and Eltolad וְאֶלְתּוֹלַ֥ד ve.'el.to.Lad H513 , and Bethul , and Hormah וְחָרְמָֽה׃ ve.cha.re.Mah H2767 , 5 and Ziklag וְצִֽקְלַ֥ג ve.tzik.Lag H6860 , and Beth-marcaboth H1024 , and Hazar-susah , 6 and Beth-lebaoth , and Sharuhen ; thirteen cities עָרִ֥ים 'a.Rim H5892 with their villages: 7 Ain עַ֥יִן׀ 'A.yin H5871 , Rimmon רִמּ֖וֹן ri.Mon H7417 , and Ether וָעֶ֣תֶר va.'E.ter H6281 , and Ashan וְעָשָׁ֑ן ve.'a.Shan H6228 ; four אַרְבַּ֖ע 'ar.Ba' H702 cities עָרִ֥ים 'a.Rim H5892 with their villages: 8 and all the villages that were round H5439 about these cities הֶֽעָרִ֣ים he.'a.Rim H5892 to Baalath-beer , Ramah רָ֣אמַת Ra.mat H7414 of the South H5045 . This is the inheritance נַחֲלַ֛ת na.cha.Lat H5159 of the tribe מַטֵּ֥ה ma.Teh H4294 of the children of Simeon שִׁמְע֖וֹן shim.'on H8095 according to their families H4940 . 9 Out of the part of the children of Judah יְהוּדָ֔ה ye.hu.Dah H3063 was H1961 the inheritance נַחֲלַ֖ת na.cha.Lat H5159 of the children of Simeon שִׁמְע֑וֹן shim.'on H8095 ; for the portion חֵ֤לֶק Che.lek H2506 of the children of Judah יְהוּדָה֙ ye.hu.Dah H3063 was H1961 too רַ֣ב rav H7227 much H7227 for them : therefore the children of Simeon שִׁמְע֖וֹן shim.'on H8095 had inheritance נַחֲלָתָֽם׃ פ na.cha.la.Tam H5159 in the midst בְּת֥וֹךְ be.Tokh H8432 of their inheritance H5159 . 10 And the third הַשְּׁלִישִׁ֔י ha.she.li.Shi H7992 lot הַגּוֹרָ֣ל ha.go.Ral H1486 came up for the children of Zebulun זְבוּלֻ֖ן ze.vu.Lun H2074 according to their families H4940 . And the border גְּב֥וּל ge.Vul H1366 of their inheritance נַחֲלָתָ֖ם na.cha.la.Tam H5159 was H1961 unto Sarid; 11 and their border גְבוּלָ֧ם׀ ge.vu.Lam H1366 went H5927 up westward , even to Maralah , and reached to Dabbesheth ; and it reached to the brook that is before Jokneam יָקְנְעָֽם׃ ya.ke.ne.'Am H3362 ; 12 and it turned וְשָׁ֣ב ve.Shav H7725 from Sarid eastward toward the sunrising unto the border גְּב֥וּל ge.Vul H1366 of Chisloth-tabor ; and it went H3318 out to Daberath הַדָּֽבְרַ֖ת ha.da.ve.Rat H1705 , and went H3318 up to Japhia יָפִֽיעַ׃ ya.Fi.a' H3309 ; 13 and from thence it passed H5674 along eastward to Gath-hepher H1662 , to Eth-kazin ; and it went H3318 out at Rimmon רִמּ֥וֹן ri.Mon H7417 which stretcheth unto Neah ; 14 and the border הַגְּב֔וּל ha.ge.Vul H1366 turned וְנָסַ֤ב ve.na.Sav H5437 about it on the north מִצְּפ֖וֹן mi.tze.Fon H6828 to Hannathon ; and the goings out thereof were H1961 at the valley גֵּ֖י gei H1516 of Iphtah-el; 15 and Kattath, and Nahalal וְנַֽהֲלָל֙ ve.na.ha.Lal H5096 , and Shimron וְשִׁמְר֔וֹן ve.shim.Ron H8110 , and Idalah , and Bethlehem : twelve cities עָרִ֥ים 'a.Rim H5892 with their villages. 16 This is the inheritance נַחֲלַ֥ת na.cha.Lat H5159 of the children of Zebulun זְבוּלֻ֖ן ze.vu.Lun H2074 according to their families H4940 , these cities הֶֽעָרִ֥ים he.'a.Rim H5892 with their villages. 17 The fourth הָֽרְבִיעִ֑י ha.re.vi.'I H7243 lot הַגּוֹרָ֣ל ha.go.Ral H1486 came H3318 out for Issachar לְיִ֨שָּׂשכָ֔ר le.Yi.so.sh.Khar H3485 , even for the children of Issachar יִשָּׂשכָ֖ר yi.so.sh.Khar H3485 according to their families H4940 . 18 And their border גְּבוּלָ֑ם ge.vu.Lam H1366 was H1961 unto Jezreel יִזְרְעֶ֥אלָה yiz.re.'E.lah H3157 , and Chesulloth , and Shunem וְשׁוּנֵֽם׃ ve.shu.Nem H7766 , 19 and Hapharaim , and Shion , and Anaharath , 20 and Rabbith , and Kishion וְקִשְׁי֖וֹן ve.kish.Yon H7191 , and Ebez , 21 and Remeth , and Engannim, and En-haddah , and Beth-pazzez , 22 and the border H1366 reached to Tabor בְּתָב֤וֹר be.ta.Vor H8396 , and Shahazumah , and Beth-shemesh H1053 ; and the goings out of their border H1366 were H1961 at the Jordan הַיַּרְדֵּ֑ן hai.yar.Den H3383 : sixteen cities עָרִ֥ים 'a.Rim H5892 with their villages. 23 This is the inheritance נַחֲלַ֛ת na.cha.Lat H5159 of the tribe מַטֵּ֥ה ma.Teh H4294 of the children of Issachar יִשָּׂשכָ֖ר yi.so.sh.Khar H3485 according to their families H4940 , the cities הֶעָרִ֖ים he.'a.Rim H5892 with their villages. 24 And the fifth הַֽחֲמִישִׁ֔י ha.cha.mi.Shi H2549 lot הַגּוֹרָ֣ל ha.go.Ral H1486 came H3318 out for the tribe לְמַטֵּ֥ה le.ma.Teh H4294 of the children of Asher אָשֵׁ֖ר 'a.Sher H836 according to their families H4940 . 25 And their border גְּבוּלָ֑ם ge.vu.Lam H1366 was H1961 Helkath חֶלְקַ֥ת chel.Kat H2520 , and Hali , and Beten , and Achshaph , 26 and Allammelech , and Amad , and Mishal וּמִשְׁאָ֑ל u.mish.'Al H4861 ; and it reached to Carmel בְּכַרְמֶל֙ be.khar.Mel H3760 westward , and to Shihor-libnath ; 27 and it turned וְשָׁ֨ב ve.Shav H7725 toward the sunrising to Beth-dagon H1016 , and reached to Zebulun בִּ֠זְבֻלוּן Biz.vu.lun H2074 , and to the valley וּבְגֵ֨י u.ve.Gei H1516 of Iphtah-el northward to Beth-emek and Neiel; and it went H3318 out to Cabul כָּב֖וּל ka.Vul H3521 on the left hand H8040 , 28 and Ebron , and Rehob וּרְחֹ֖ב u.re.Cho H7340 , and Hammon וְחַמּ֣וֹן ve.cha.Mon H2540 , and Kanah וְקָנָ֑ה ve.ka.Nah H7071 , even unto great רַבָּֽה׃ ra.Bah H7227 Sidon צִיד֥וֹן tzi.Don H6721 ; 29 and the border הַגְּבוּל֙ ha.ge.Vul H1366 turned וְשָׁ֤ב ve.Shav H7725 to Ramah הָֽרָמָ֔ה ha.ra.Mah H7414 , and to the fortified city עִ֖יר 'ir H5892 of Tyre צֹ֑ר Tzor H6865 ; and the border הַגְּבוּל֙ ha.ge.Vul H1366 turned וְשָׁ֤ב ve.Shav H7725 to Hosah חֹסָ֔ה cho.Sah H2621 ; and the goings out thereof were H1961 at the sea הַיָּ֖מָּה hai.Ya.mah H3220 by the region of Achzib ; 30 Ummah also, and Aphek וַאֲפֵ֖ק va.'a.Fek H663 , and Rehob וּרְחֹ֑ב u.re.Cho H7340 : twenty עֶשְׂרִ֥ים 'es.Rim H6242 and two וּשְׁתַּ֖יִם u.she.Ta.yim H8147 cities עָרִ֛ים 'a.Rim H5892 with their villages. 31 This is the inheritance נַחֲלַ֛ת na.cha.Lat H5159 of the tribe מַטֵּ֥ה ma.Teh H4294 of the children of Asher אָשֵׁ֖ר 'a.Sher H836 according to their families H4940 , these cities הֶעָרִ֥ים he.'a.Rim H5892 with their villages. 32 The sixth הַשִּׁשִּׁ֑י ha.shi.Shi H8345 lot הַגּוֹרָ֣ל ha.go.Ral H1486 came H3318 out for the children of Naphtali נַפְתָּלִ֔י naf.ta.Li H5321 , even for the children of Naphtali נַפְתָּלִ֖י naf.ta.Li H5321 according to their families H4940 . 33 And their border גְבוּלָ֗ם ge.vu.Lam H1366 was H1961 from Heleph , from the oak in Zaanannim בְּצַעֲנַנִּ֗ים be.tza.'a.na.Nim H6815 , and Adami-nekeb , and Jabneel וְיַבְנְאֵ֖ל ve.yav.ne.'El H2995 , unto Lakkum ; and the goings out thereof were H1961 at the Jordan הַיַּרְדֵּֽן׃ hai.yar.Den H3383 ; 34 and the border הַגְּב֥וּל ha.ge.Vul H1366 turned וְשָׁ֨ב ve.Shav H7725 westward to Aznoth-tabor , and went H3318 out from thence to Hukkok ; and it reached to Zebulun בִּזְבֻל֜וּן biz.vu.Lun H2074 on the south מִנֶּ֗גֶב mi.Ne.gev H5045 , and reached to Asher וּבְאָשֵׁר֙ u.ve.'a.Sher H836 on the west H3220 , and to Judah וּבִ֣יהוּדָ֔ה u.Vi.hu.Dah H3063 at the Jordan הַיַּרְדֵּ֖ן hai.yar.Den H3383 toward the sunrising . 35 And the fortified cities וְעָרֵ֖י ve.'a.Rei H5892 were Ziddim , Zer , and Hammath וְחַמַּ֖ת ve.cha.Mat H2575 , Rakkath , and Chinnereth , 36 and Adamah , and Ramah וְהָרָמָ֖ה ve.ha.ra.Mah H7414 , and Hazor וְחָצֽוֹר׃ ve.cha.Tzor H2674 , 37 and Kedesh וְקֶ֥דֶשׁ ve.Ke.desh H6943 , and Edrei וְאֶדְרֶ֖עִי ve.'ed.Re.'i H154 , and En-hazor , 38 and Iron, and Migdal-el , Horem , and Beth-anath H1043 , and Beth-shemesh H1053 ; nineteen cities עָרִ֥ים 'a.Rim H5892 with their villages. 39 This is the inheritance נַחֲלַ֛ת na.cha.Lat H5159 of the tribe מַטֵּ֥ה ma.Teh H4294 of the children of Naphtali נַפְתָּלִ֖י naf.ta.Li H5321 according to their families H4940 , the cities הֶעָרִ֖ים he.'a.Rim H5892 with their villages. 40 The seventh הַשְּׁבִיעִֽי׃ ha.she.vi.'I H7637 lot הַגּוֹרָ֥ל ha.go.Ral H1486 came H3318 out for the tribe לְמַטֵּ֥ה le.ma.Teh H4294 of the children of Dan דָ֖ן dan H1835 according to their families H4940 . 41 And the border H1366 of their inheritance נַחֲלָתָ֑ם na.cha.la.Tam H5159 was H1961 Zorah צָרְעָ֥ה tza.re.'Ah H6881 , and Eshtaol וְאֶשְׁתָּא֖וֹל ve.'esh.ta.'ol H847 , and Ir-shemesh , 42 and Shaalabbin , and Aijalon וְאַיָּל֖וֹן ve.'ai.ya.Lon H357 , and Ithlah , 43 and Elon וְאֵיל֥וֹן ve.'ei.Lon H356 , and Timnah וְתִמְנָ֖תָה ve.tim.Na.tah H8553 , and Ekron וְעֶקְרֽוֹן׃ ve.'ek.Ron H6138 , 44 and Eltekeh וְאֶלְתְּקֵ֥ה ve.'el.te.Keh H514 , and Gibbethon וְגִבְּת֖וֹן ve.gi.be.Ton H1405 , and Baalath וּבַעֲלָֽת׃ u.va.'a.Lat H1191 , 45 and Jehud , and Bene-berak , and Gath-rimmon H1667 , 46 and Me-jarkon , and Rakkon , with the border H1366 over against Joppa יָפֽוֹ׃ ya.Fo H3305 . 47 And the border H1366 of the children of Dan דָ֖ן dan H1835 went H3318 out beyond them ; for the children of Dan דָ֠ן dan H1835 went H3318 up and fought H3898 against Leshem לֶ֜שֶׁם Le.shem H3959 , and took it , and smote it with the edge of the sword חֶ֗רֶב Che.rev H2719 , and possessed H3423 it , and dwelt וַיֵּ֣שְׁבוּ vai.Ye.she.vu H3427 therein, and called וַיִּקְרְא֤וּ vai.yik.re.'U H7121 Leshem לְלֶ֙שֶׁם֙ le.Le.shem H3959 , Dan דָּ֔ן Dan H1835 , after the name כְּשֵׁ֖ם ke.Shem H8034 of Dan דָּ֥ן dan H1835 their father H1 . 48 This is the inheritance נַחֲלַ֛ת na.cha.Lat H5159 of the tribe מַטֵּ֥ה ma.Teh H4294 of the children of Dan דָ֖ן dan H1835 according to their families H4940 , these cities הֶֽעָרִ֥ים he.'a.Rim H5892 with their villages. 49 So they made H5414 an end H3615 of distributing the land הָאָ֖רֶץ ha.'A.retz H776 for inheritance נַחֲלָ֛ה na.cha.Lah H5159 by the borders לִגְבֽוּלֹתֶ֑יהָ lig.vu.lo.Tei.ha H1367 thereof; and the children of Israel יִשְׂרָאֵ֧ל Yis.ra.'El H3478 gave H5414 an inheritance H5159 to Joshua לִיהוֹשֻׁ֥עַ li.ho.Shu.a' H3091 the son H1121 of Nun נ֖וּן nun H5126 in the midst בְּתוֹכָֽם׃ be.to.Kham H8432 of them : 50 according to the commandment of Jehovah they gave H5414 him the city הָעִיר֙ ha.'Ir H5892 which he asked שָׁאָ֔ל sha.'Al H7592 , even Timnath-serah in the hill-country of Ephraim אֶפְרָ֑יִם 'ef.Ra.yim H669 ;
