Jeremiah 35:1-7

The wordH1697 whichH834 cameH1961 unto JeremiahH3414 from the LORDH3068 in the daysH3117 of JehoiakimH3079 the sonH1121 of JosiahH2977, kingH4428 of JudahH3063, sayingH559,

GoH1980 unto the houseH1004 of the Rechabites, and speakH1696 unto them, and bringH935 them intoH413 the houseH1004 of the LORDH3068, intoH413 one of the chambersH3957, and giveH8248 them wineH3196 to drinkH8248.

Then I tookH3947 JaazaniahH2970 the sonH1121 of JeremiahH3414, the sonH1121 of HabazziniahH2262, and his brethrenH251, and allH3605 his sonsH1121, and the wholeH3605 houseH1004 of the Rechabites;

and I broughtH935 them intoH413 the houseH1004 of the LORDH3068, intoH413 the chamberH3957 of the sonsH1121 of HananH2605 the sonH1121 of IgdaliahH3012, the manH376 of GodH430, whichH834 was by the chamberH3957 of the princesH8269, whichH834 was aboveH4605 the chamberH3957 of MaaseiahH4641 the sonH1121 of ShallumH7967, the keeperH8104 of the door:

And I setH5414 beforeH6440 the sonsH1121 of the houseH1004 of the Rechabites bowls fullH4392 of wineH3196, and cupsH1375, and I saidH559 unto them, DrinkH8354 ye wineH3196.

But they saidH559, WeH3588 will drinkH8354 noH3808 wineH3196: for JonadabH3122 the sonH1121 of RechabH7394 our fatherH1 commandedH6680 usH5921, sayingH559, Ye shall drinkH8354 noH3808 wineH3196, neitherH3808 ye, norH3808 your sonsH1121, for everH5769:

neitherH3808 shall ye buildH1129 houseH1004, norH3808 sowH2232 seedH2233, norH3808 plantH5193 vineyardH3754, norH3808 have anyH3605: but allH3605 your daysH3117 ye shall dwellH3427 in tentsH168; that ye may liveH3427 manyH7227 daysH3117 in the landH127 whereinH834 ye sojourn.
