Revised Version 1895
Jeremiah 33:17-22
17For thusH3541 saith the LORDH3068: DavidH1732 shall neverH3808 want a manH376 to sitH3427 uponH5921 the throneH3678 of the houseH1004 of IsraelH3478;
18neitherH3808 shall the priestsH3548 the LevitesH3881 want a manH376 beforeH6440 meH6440 to offerH6999 burntH5930 offeringsH4503, and to burnH6999 oblations, and to doH6213 sacrificeH2077 continuallyH3117.
19And the wordH1697 of the LORDH3068 cameH1961 unto JeremiahH3414, sayingH559,
20ThusH3541 saith the LORDH3068: IfH518 ye canH518 breakH6565 my covenantH1285 of the dayH3117, and my covenantH1285 of the nightH3915, soH3541 that there should notH1115 be dayH3117 and nightH3915 in their seasonH6256;
21then may also my covenantH1285 be brokenH6565 with DavidH1732 my servantH5650, that he should notH1961 have a sonH1121 to reignH4427 uponH5921 his throneH3678; and with the LevitesH3881 the priestsH3548, my ministersH8334.
22As the hostH6635 of heavenH8064 cannotH3808 be numberedH5608, neitherH3808 the sandH2344 of the seaH3220 measuredH4058; soH3651 will I multiplyH7235 the seedH2233 of DavidH1732 my servantH5650, and the LevitesH3881 that ministerH8334 unto meH5650.
