Jeremiah 29:16-19
for thusH3541 saith the LORDH3068 concerning the kingH4428 that sitteth uponH413 the throneH3678 of DavidH1732, and concerning allH3605 the peopleH5971 that dwellH3427 in this cityH5892, your brethrenH251 that are notH3808 goneH3318 forthH3318 with youH834 intoH413 captivity;
thusH3541 saith the LORDH3068 of hostsH6635: BeholdH2005, I will sendH7971 uponH1698 them the swordH2719, the famineH7458, and the pestilenceH1698, and will makeH5414 them like vile figsH8384, that cannotH3808 be eatenH398, they are soH3541 bad.
And I will pursueH7291 afterH310 them with the swordH2719, with the famineH7458, and with the pestilenceH1698, and will deliverH5414 them to be tossed to and fro among allH3605 the kingdomsH4467 of the earthH776, to be an execration, and an astonishment, and an hissingH8322, and a reproachH2781, among allH3605 the nationsH1471 whither I have drivenH5080 them:
becauseH834 they have notH3808 hearkened to my wordsH1697, saith the LORDH3068, wherewith I sentH7971 unto them my servantsH5650 the prophetsH5030, risingH7925 upH7925 earlyH7925 and sendingH7971 them; but ye would notH3808 hearH8085, saith the LORDH3068.
