Jeremiah 17:19-25

19ThusH3541 saidH559 the LORDH3068 unto meH413: GoH1980, and standH5975 in the gateH8179 of the childrenH1121 of the peopleH5971, wherebyH834 the kingsH4428 of JudahH3063 comeH935 in, and by the whichH834 they goH1980 outH3318, and in allH3605 the gatesH8179 of JerusalemH3389;

20and sayH559 unto them, HearH8085 ye the wordH1697 of the LORDH3068, ye kingsH4428 of JudahH3063, and allH3605 JudahH3063, and allH3605 the inhabitantsH3427 of JerusalemH3389, that enterH935 in by theseH428 gatesH8179;

21ThusH3541 saith the LORDH3068: TakeH5375 heedH8104 to yourselves, and bearH5375 noH408 burdenH4853 on the sabbathH7676 dayH3117, norH408 bringH935 it in by the gatesH8179 of JerusalemH3389;

22neitherH3808 carryH3318 forthH3318 a burdenH4853 outH3318 of your housesH1004 on the sabbathH7676 dayH3117, neitherH3808 doH6213 ye anyH3605 workH4399: but hallow ye the sabbathH7676 dayH3117, as I commandedH6680 your fathersH1;

23But they hearkened notH3808, neitherH3808 inclinedH5186 their earH241, but madeH7185 their neckH6203 stiff, that they might notH3808 hearH8085, and might notH3808 receiveH3947 instructionH4148.

24And it shall comeH935 to passH935, ifH518 ye diligentlyH8085 hearken unto meH413, saith the LORDH3068, to bringH935 in noH1115 burdenH4853 throughH935 the gatesH8179 of this cityH5892 on the sabbathH7676 dayH3117, but to hallow the sabbathH7676 dayH3117, to doH6213 noH1115 workH4399 therein;

25then shall there enterH935 in by the gatesH8179 of this cityH5892 kingsH4428 and princesH8269 sittingH3427 uponH5921 the throneH3678 of DavidH1732, ridingH7392 in chariotsH7393 and on horsesH5483, they, and their princesH8269, the menH376 of JudahH3063, and the inhabitantsH3427 of JerusalemH3389: and this cityH5892 shall remainH3427 for everH5769.
