Revised Version 1895
Jeremiah 16:10-15
10And it shall comeH1961 to passH1961, when thou shalt shew this peopleH5971 allH3605 theseH428 wordsH1697, and they shall sayH559 unto thee, Wherefore hath the LORDH3068 pronouncedH1696 allH3605 this greatH1419 evilH7451 againstH5921 usH413? or whatH4100 is our iniquityH5771? or whatH4100 is our sinH2398 that weH3588 have committedH2398 againstH5921 the LORDH3068 our GodH430?
11Then shalt thou sayH559 unto them, BecauseH5921 your fathersH1 have forsaken meH413, saith the LORDH3068, and have walked afterH310 otherH312 godsH430, and have servedH5647 them, and have worshipped them, and have forsaken meH413, and have notH3808 keptH8104 my lawH8451;
12and ye have doneH6213 evilH7451 more thanH1115 your fathersH1; for, beholdH2005, ye walkH1980 everyH376 one afterH310 the stubbornnessH8307 of his evilH7451 heartH3820, soH1980 that ye hearken notH1115 unto meH413:
13therefore will I castH5414 youH859 forthH5414 outH3045 of this landH776 intoH5921 the landH776 that ye have notH3808 knownH3045, neitherH3808 ye norH3808 your fathersH1; and there shall ye serveH5647 otherH312 godsH430 dayH3119 and nightH3915; for I will shew youH859 noH3808 favour.
14Therefore, beholdH2009, the daysH3117 comeH935, saith the LORDH3068, that it shall noH3808 moreH5750 be saidH559, As the LORDH3068 liveth, that broughtH935 upH5927 the childrenH1121 of IsraelH3478 outH935 of the landH776 of EgyptH4714;
15but, As the LORDH3068 liveth, that broughtH5927 upH5927 the childrenH1121 of IsraelH3478 from the landH776 of the northH6828, and from allH3605 the countriesH776 whither he had drivenH5080 them: and I will bringH7725 them againH7725 intoH5921 their landH776 that I gaveH5414 unto their fathersH1.
