1But in the lastבְּאַחֲרִ֣יתbe.'a.cha.RitH319daysהַיָּמִ֗יםhai.ya.MimH3117it shall come to pass, thatthe mountainהַ֣רharH2022of the houseבֵּית־beit-H1004of Yhwhיְהוָ֤הYah.wehH3068shall be establishedנָכוֹן֙na.khOnH3559in the topבְּרֹ֣אשׁbe.RoshH7218of the mountainsהֶהָרִ֔יםhe.ha.RimH2022,and it shall be exaltedוְנִשָּׂ֥אve.ni.Sa'H5375above the hillsמִגְּבָע֑וֹתmi.ge.va.'otH1389;and peopleעַמִּֽים׃'a.MimH5971shall flowוְנָהֲר֥וּve.na.ha.RuH5102unto it.

2And manyרַבִּ֗יםra.BimH7227nationsגּוֹיִ֣םgo.YimH1471shall comeH1980,and sayוְאָֽמְרוּ֙ve.'a.me.RuH559,ComeH3212,and let us go upוְנַעֲלֶ֣הve.na.'a.LehH5927to the mountainהַר־har-H2022of Yhwhיְהוָ֗הYah.wehH3068,and to the houseבֵּית֙beitH1004of the Godאֱלֹהֵ֣י'e.lo.HeiH430of Jacobיַעֲקֹ֔בya.'a.KoH3290;and he will teachוְיוֹרֵ֙נוּ֙ve.yo.Re.nuH3384us of his waysמִדְּרָכָ֔יוmi.de.ra.KhavH1870,and we will walkH3212in his pathsבְּאֹֽרְחֹתָ֑יוbe.'o.re.cho.TavH734:for the lawתוֹרָ֔הto.RahH8451shall go forthתֵּצֵ֣אte.Tze'H3318of Zionמִצִּיּוֹן֙mi.tzi.yOnH6726,and the wordוּדְבַר־u.de.var-H1697of Yhwhיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068from Jerusalemמִירוּשָׁלִָֽם׃mi.ru.sha.LimH3389.

3And he shall judgeוְשָׁפַ֗טve.sha.FatH8199among manyרַבִּ֔יםra.BimH7227peopleעַמִּ֣ים'a.MimH5971,and rebukeוְהוֹכִ֛יחַve.ho.Khi.achH3198strongעֲצֻמִ֖ים'a.tzu.MimH6099nationsלְגוֹיִ֥םle.go.YimH1471afar offרָח֑וֹקra.ChokH7350;and they shall beatוְכִתְּת֨וּve.khi.te.TuH3807their swordsחַרְבֹתֵיהֶ֜םchar.vo.tei.HemH2719into plowsharesלְאִתִּ֗יםle.'i.TimH855,and their spearsוַחֲנִיתֹֽתֵיהֶם֙va.cha.ni.to.tei.HemH2595into pruninghooksלְמַזְמֵר֔וֹתle.maz.me.RotH4211:nationגּ֤וֹיGoyH1471shall not lift upיִשְׂא֞וּyis.'UH5375a swordחֶ֔רֶבChe.revH2719against nationגּוֹי֙goyH1471,neither shall they learnיִלְמְד֥וּןyil.me.DunH3925warמִלְחָמָֽה׃mil.cha.MahH4421any more.

4But they shall sitוְיָשְׁב֗וּve.ya.she.VuH3427every manאִ֣ישׁ'ishH376under his vineגַּפְנ֛וֹgaf.NoH1612and under his fig treeתְּאֵנָת֖וֹte.'e.na.ToH8384; and none shall make themafraidמַחֲרִ֑ידma.cha.RidH2729:for the mouthפִ֛יfiH6310of Yhwhיְהוָ֥הYah.wehH3068of Armiesצְבָא֖וֹתtze.va.'otH6635hath spokenדִּבֵּֽר׃di.BerH1696it.

5For all peopleהָ֣עַמִּ֔יםha.'a.MimH5971will walkH3212every oneאִ֖ישׁ'ishH376in the nameבְּשֵׁ֣םbe.ShemH8034of his godאֱלֹהָ֑יו'e.lo.HavH430,and we will walkH3212in the nameבְּשֵׁם־be.shem-H8034of Yhwhיְהוָ֥הYah.wehH3068our Godאֱלֹהֵ֖ינוּ'e.lo.Hei.nuH430for everלְעוֹלָ֥םle.'o.LamH5769and everוָעֶֽד׃ פva.'EdH5703.

6In that dayבַּיּ֨וֹםbai.YomH3117,saithנְאֻם־ne.'um-H5002Yhwhיְהוָ֗הYah.wehH3068,will I assembleאֹֽסְפָה֙'o.se.FahH622her that haltethהַצֹּ֣לֵעָ֔הha.Tzo.le.'AhH6760,and I will gatherאֲקַבֵּ֑צָה'a.ka.Be.tzahH6908her that is driven outוְהַנִּדָּחָ֖הve.han.ni.da.ChahH5080,and her that I have afflictedהֲרֵעֹֽתִי׃ha.re.'O.tiH7489;

7And I will makeוְשַׂמְתִּ֤יve.sam.TiH7760her that haltedהַצֹּֽלֵעָה֙ha.tzo.le.'AhH6760a remnantלִשְׁאֵרִ֔יתlish.'e.RitH7611,and her that was cast far offוְהַנַּהֲלָאָ֖הve.ha.na.ha.la.'AhH1972a strongעָצ֑וּם'a.TzumH6099nationלְג֣וֹיle.GoyH1471:And Yhwhיְהוָ֤הYah.wehH3068shall reignוּמָלַ֨ךְu.ma.LakhH4427over them in mountבְּהַ֣רbe.HarH2022Zionצִיּ֔וֹןtzi.YonH6726from henceforth, even forוְעַד־ve.'ad-H5704everעוֹלָֽם׃ פo.LamH5769.

8And thou, O towerH4026of the flockH4029 H5739,the strong holdעֹ֛פֶל'O.felH6076of the daughterבַּת־bat-H1323of Zionצִיּ֖וֹןtzi.YonH6726,unto thee shall it comeתֵּאתֶ֑הte.TehH857,even the firstהָרִ֣אשֹׁנָ֔הha.Ri.sho.NahH7223dominionהַמֶּמְשָׁלָה֙ha.mem.sha.LahH4475;the kingdomמַמְלֶ֖כֶתmam.Le.khetH4467shall comeוּבָאָ֗הu.va.'AhH935to the daughterלְבַ֥ת־le.Vat-H1323of Jerusalemיְרוּשָׁלִָֽם׃ye.ru.sha.LimH3389.

9Now why dost thou cryתָרִ֖יעִיta.Ri.'iH7321out aloudרֵ֑עַRe.a'H7452? is thereno kingהֲמֶ֣לֶךְha.Me.lekhH4428in thee? is thy counsellorיוֹעֲצֵךְ֙yo.'a.tzeKhH3289perishedאָבָ֔ד'a.VadH6?for pangsחִ֖ילchilH2427have takenהֶחֱזִיקֵ֥ךְhe.che.zi.KekhH2388thee as a woman in travailכַּיּוֹלֵדָֽה׃kai.yo.le.DahH3205.
