8And Davidלְדָוִ֔דle.da.VidH1732was displeasedוַיִּ֣חַרvai.Yi.charH2734,because Yhwhיְהוָ֛הYah.wehH3068had madeפָּרַ֧ץpa.RatzH6555a breachפֶּ֖רֶץPe.retzH6556upon Uzzahבְּעֻזָּ֑הbe.'u.ZahH5798:and he calledוַיִּקְרָ֞אvai.yik.Ra'H7121the name of the placeלַמָּק֤וֹםla.ma.KomH4725Perez–uzzahH6560to this dayהַיּ֥וֹםhai.YomH3117.

9And Davidדָוִ֛דda.VidH1732was afraidוַיִּרָ֥אvai.yi.Ra'H3372of Yhwhיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068that dayבַּיּ֣וֹםbai.YomH3117,and saidוַיֹּ֕אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559,How shall the arkאֲר֥וֹן'a.RonH727of Yhwhיְהוָֽה׃Yah.wehH3068comeיָב֥וֹאya.Vo'H935to me?

10So Davidדָוִ֗דda.VidH1732wouldאָבָ֣ה'a.VahH14not removeלְהָסִ֥ירle.ha.SirH5493the arkאֲר֥וֹן'a.RonH727of Yhwhיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068unto him into the cityעִ֣יר'irH5892of Davidדָּוִ֑דda.VidH1732:but Davidדָוִ֔דda.VidH1732carried it asideוַיַּטֵּ֣הוּvai.ya.Te.huH5186into the houseבֵּ֥יתbeitH1004of Obed–edomH5654the Gittiteהַגִּתִּֽי׃ha.gi.TiH1663.

11And the arkאֲר֨וֹן'a.RonH727of Yhwhיְהוָ֜הYah.wehH3068continuedוַיֵּשֶׁב֩vai.ye.ShevH3427in the houseבֵּ֣יתbeitH1004of Obed–edomH5654the Gittiteהַגִּתִּ֖יha.gi.TiH1663threeשְׁלֹשָׁ֣הshe.lo.ShahH7969monthsחֳדָשִׁ֑יםcho.da.ShimH2320:And Yhwhיְהוָ֛הYah.wehH3068blessedוַיְבָ֧רֶךְvay.Va.rekhH1288Obed–edomH5654,and all his householdבֵּיתֽוֹ׃bei.ToH1004.

12And it was toldוַיֻּגַּ֗דvai.yu.GadH5046kingלַמֶּ֣לֶךְla.Me.lekhH4428Davidדָּוִד֮da.VidH1732,sayingלֵאמֹר֒le.MorH559,Yhwhיְהוָ֗הYah.wehH3068hath blessedבֵּרַ֣ךְbe.RakhH1288the houseבֵּ֨יתbeitH1004of Obed–edomH5654, and all that pertainethunto him, because of the arkאֲר֣וֹן'a.RonH727of Godהָאֱלֹהִ֑יםha.'E.lo.HimH430.So Davidדָּוִ֗דda.VidH1732wentH3212and brought upוַיַּעַל֩vai.ya.'AlH5927the arkאֲר֨וֹן'a.RonH727of Godהָאֱלֹהִ֜יםha.'E.lo.HimH430from the houseמִבֵּ֨יתmi.BeitH1004of Obed–edomH5654into the cityעִ֥יר'irH5892of Davidדָּוִ֖דda.VidH1732with gladnessבְּשִׂמְחָֽה׃be.sim.ChahH8057.

13And it was so,that when they that bareנֹשְׂאֵ֥יno.se.'EiH5375the arkאֲרוֹן־'a.ron-H727of Yhwhיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068had goneצָעֲד֛וּtza.'a.DuH6805sixשִׁשָּׁ֣הshi.ShahH8337pacesצְעָדִ֑יםtze.'a.DimH6806,he sacrificedוַיִּזְבַּ֥חvai.yiz.BachH2076oxenשׁ֖וֹרShorH7794and fatlingsוּמְרִֽיא׃u.me.Ri'H4806.

14And Davidוְדָוִ֛דve.da.VidH1732dancedמְכַרְכֵּ֥רme.khar.KerH3769beforeלִפְנֵ֣יlif.NeiH6440Yhwhיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068with all hismightעֹ֖ז'ozH5797;and Davidוְדָוִ֕דve.da.VidH1732wasgirdedחָג֖וּרcha.GurH2296with a linenבָּֽד׃BadH906ephodאֵפ֥וֹד'e.FodH646.

15So Davidוְדָוִד֙ve.da.VidH1732and all the houseבֵּ֣יתbeitH1004of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֔לYis.ra.'ElH3478brought upמַעֲלִ֖יםma.'a.LimH5927the arkאֲר֣וֹן'a.RonH727of Yhwhיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068with shoutingבִּתְרוּעָ֖הbit.ru.'AhH8643,and with the soundוּבְק֥וֹלu.ve.KolH6963of the trumpetשׁוֹפָֽר׃sho.FarH7782.
