Zechariah 4:8-10
8Also the word of the Lord came to me, saying, 9“The hands of Zerubbabel have 1laid the foundation of this house, and his hands will 2finish it. Then you will know that the Lord of armies has sent me to 3you. 10For who has shown contempt for the day of 4small things? 5But these 6seven will rejoice when they see the 78plumb line in the hand of Zerubbabel--they are the 9eyes of the Lord 10roaming throughout the earth.”
