Titus 2:5-15
to be sensible, pure, 1workers at home, kind, being 2subject to their own husbands, 3so that the word of God will not be dishonored.
Likewise urge 4the young men to be 5sensible; 7in all things show yourself to be 6an example of good deeds, with 7purity in doctrine, dignified, 8sound in speech which is beyond reproach, 8so that the opponent will be put to shame, having nothing bad to say about us.
Urge 910slaves to be subject to their own masters in everything, to be pleasing, not 11argumentative, 10not stealing, but showing all good faith so that they will adorn the doctrine of 12God our Savior in every respect.
For the grace of God has 13appeared, 1415bringing salvation to all people, 1216instructing us to deny ungodliness and 17worldly desires and 18to live sensibly, righteously, and in a godly manner 19in the present age, 13looking for the blessed hope and the 20appearing of the glory of 2122our great God and Savior, Christ Jesus, 14who 23gave Himself for us 24to redeem us from every lawless deed, and to 25purify for Himself a 26people for His own possession, 27eager for good deeds.
These things speak and 2829exhort, and 30rebuke with all authority. 31No one is to disregard you.
