New American Standard Bible 1995
Titus 2:5-15
5to be sensible, pure, 1workers at home, kind, being 2subject to their own husbands, 3so that the word of God will not be dishonored.
6Likewise urge 4the young men to be 5sensible; 7in all things show yourself to be 6an example of good deeds, with 7purity in doctrine, dignified, 8sound in speech which is beyond reproach, so 8that the opponent will be put to shame, having nothing bad to say about us.
9Urge 9bondslaves to be subject to their own masters in everything, to be well-pleasing, not 10argumentative, 10not pilfering, but showing all good faith so that they will adorn the doctrine of 11God our Savior in every respect.
11For the grace of God has 12appeared, 1314bringing salvation to all men, 1215instructing us to deny ungodliness and 16worldly desires and 17to live sensibly, righteously and godly 18in the present age, 13looking for the blessed hope and the 19appearing of the glory of 2021our great God and Savior, Christ Jesus, 14who 22gave Himself for us 23to redeem us from every lawless deed, and to 24purify for Himself a 25people for His own possession, 26zealous for good deeds.
15These things speak and 27exhort and 28reprove with all 29authority. 30Let no one disregard you.
