Romans 9:14-16
141What shall we say then? 2There is no injustice with God, is there? 34Far from it!
15For He says to Moses, “5I will have mercy on whomever I have mercy, and I will show compassion to whomever I show compassion.”
16So then, it does not depend on the person who 6wants it nor the one who 78runs, but on 9God who has mercy.
