Romans 7:8-11
But sin, 1taking an opportunity 2through the commandment, produced in me 3coveting of every kind; for 4apart 5from the Law sin is dead.
I was once alive apart 6from the Law; but when the commandment came, sin came to life, and I died;
and this commandment, which was 78to result in life, proved 9to result in death for me;
for sin, 10taking an opportunity 11through the commandment, 12deceived me, and through it, killed me.
