16Gatherאִסְפוּ־'is.fu-H622the peopleעָ֞ם'amH5971,sanctifyקַדְּשׁ֤וּka.de.ShuH6942the congregationקָהָל֙ka.HalH6951,Assembleקִבְצ֣וּkiv.TzuH6908the eldersזְקֵנִ֔יםze.ke.NimH2205,Gatherאִסְפוּ֙'is.FuH622the childrenעֽוֹלָלִ֔יםo.la.LimH5768and the nursingH3243 H7699infantsH3243 H7699. Have thegroomחָתָן֙cha.TanH2860comeH3318outH3318of his roomמֵֽחֶדְר֔וֹme.ched.RoH2315And the brideוְכַלָּ֖הve.kha.LahH3618out of her bridalH2646chamberמֵחֻפָּתָֽהּ׃me.chu.pa.TahH2646.

17Let the priestsהַכֹּ֣הֲנִ֔יםha.Ko.ha.NimH3548,the Lord’sיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068ministersמְשָׁרְתֵ֖יme.sha.re.TeiH8334,Weepיִבְכּוּ֙yiv.KuH1058betweenבֵּ֤יןbeinH996the porchהָאוּלָם֙ha.'u.LamH197and the altarוְלַמִּזְבֵּ֔חַve.la.miz.Be.achH4196,And let them sayוְֽיֹאמְר֞וּve.yo.me.RuH559, “Spareח֧וּסָהChu.sahH2347Your peopleעַמֶּ֗ךָ'a.Me.khaH5971, Lordיְהוָ֣הYah.wehH3068,And do not makeתִּתֵּ֨ןti.TenH5414Your inheritanceנַחֲלָתְךָ֤na.cha.la.te.KhaH5159adisgraceלְחֶרְפָּה֙le.cher.PahH2781,With the nationsגּוֹיִ֔םgo.YimH1471jeeringH4912at them.Whyלָ֚מָּהLa.mahH4100should thoseamong the peoplesבָֽעַמִּ֔יםva.'a.MimH5971sayיֹאמְר֣וּyo.me.RuH559, ‘Whereאַיֵּ֖ה'ai.YehH346is their Godאֱלֹהֵיהֶֽם׃'e.lo.hei.HemH430?’”

18Then the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068will beH7065zealousH7065for His landלְאַרְצ֑וֹle.'ar.TzoH776, Andwill haveH2550compassionוַיַּחְמֹ֖לvai.yach.MolH2550for His peopleעַמּֽוֹ׃a.MoH5971.

19The Lordיְהוָ֜הYah.wehH3068will answerוַיַּ֨עַןvai.Ya.'anH6030and sayוַיֹּ֣אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559to His peopleלְעַמּ֗וֹle.'a.MoH5971, “BeholdH2009, I am going tosendשֹׁלֵ֤חַsho.Le.achH7971you grainהַדָּגָן֙ha.da.GanH1715,newוְהַתִּיר֣וֹשׁve.ha.ti.Ro.oshH8492wineH8492,and oilוְהַיִּצְהָ֔רve.hai.yitz.HarH3323,And you will beH7646satisfiedH7646in full with them; And I willneverוְלֹא־ve.lo'-H3808againע֛וֹדodH5750makeאֶתֵּ֨ן'e.TenH5414you a disgraceחֶרְפָּ֖הcher.PahH2781among the nationsבַּגּוֹיִֽם׃ba.go.YimH1471.

20But I will removeאַרְחִ֣יק'ar.ChikH7368thenorthernהַצְּפוֹנִ֞יha.tze.fo.NiH6830armyfarH7368from you,And I will driveוְהִדַּחְתִּיו֮ve.hi.dach.TivH5080it into a dryצִיָּ֣הtzi.YahH6723and desolateוּשְׁמָמָה֒u.she.ma.MahH8077landאֶ֣רֶץ'E.retzH776,Its advanceH6440guardH6440into theeasternהַקַּדְמֹנִ֔יha.kad.mo.NiH6931seaהַיָּם֙hai.YamH3220,And its rearH5490guardH5490into thewesternהָאַֽחֲר֑וֹןha.'a.cha.RonH314seaהַיָּ֣םhai.YamH3220. And itsstenchבָאְשׁ֗וֹva.'e.ShoH889will ascendH5927and its odorH6709ofH6709decayH6709will comeH5927upH5927,Becauseכִּ֥יkiH3588it has doneלַעֲשֽׂוֹת׃la.'a.SotH6213greatהִגְדִּ֖ילhig.DilH1431thingsH1431.”

21Do not fearתִּֽירְאִ֖יtir.'IH3372,landאֲדָמָ֑ה'a.da.MahH127;shoutH1523forH1523joyH1523and rejoiceוּשְׂמָ֔חִיu.se.Ma.chiH8055,For the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068has doneלַעֲשֽׂוֹת׃la.'a.SotH6213greatהִגְדִּ֥ילhig.DilH1431thingsH1431.

22Do not fearתִּֽירְאוּ֙ti.re.'UH3372,animalsבַּהֲמ֣וֹתba.ha.MotH929of the fieldH7706, For thepasturesנְא֣וֹתne.'otH4999of the wildernessמִדְבָּ֑רmid.BarH4057have turnedH1876greenH1876,For the treeעֵץ֙'etzH6086has producedנָשָׂ֣אna.Sa'H5375its fruitפִרְי֔וֹfir.YoH6529,The figתְּאֵנָ֥הte.'e.NahH8384treeH8384and the vineוָגֶ֖פֶןva.Ge.fenH1612have yieldedנָתְנ֥וּna.te.NuH5414in fullחֵילָֽם׃chei.LamH2428.

23So shoutH1523forH1523joyH1523, yousonsוּבְנֵ֣יu.ve.NeiH1121of Zionצִיּ֗וֹןtzi.YonH6726, Andrejoiceוְשִׂמְחוּ֙ve.sim.ChuH8055in the Lordבַּיהוָ֣הba.Yah.wehH3068your Godאֱלֹֽהֵיכֶ֔ם'e.lo.hei.KhemH430; For He hasgivenנָתַ֥ןna.TanH5414youthe earlyהַמּוֹרֶ֖הha.mo.RehH4175rainמוֹרֶ֥הmo.RehH4175for yourvindicationלִצְדָקָ֑הlitz.da.KahH6666.And He has broughtH3381downוַיּ֣וֹרֶדvai.Yo.redH3381for you the rainגֶּ֛שֶׁםGe.shemH1653, TheearlyH4175andlatterH4456rainוּמַלְק֖וֹשׁu.mal.Ko.oshH4456as beforeבָּרִאשֽׁוֹן׃ba.ri.ShonH7223.

24The threshingהַגֳּרָנ֖וֹתha.go.ra.NotH1637floorsH1637will be fullוּמָלְא֥וּu.mal.'UH4390of grainבָּ֑רBarH1250,And the vatsהַיְקָבִ֖יםhay.ka.VimH3342willoverflowוְהֵשִׁ֥יקוּve.he.Shi.kuH7783with the newתִּיר֥וֹשׁti.Ro.oshH8492wineH8492and oilוְיִצְהָֽר׃ve.yitz.HarH3323.

25“Then I will compensateוְשִׁלַּמְתִּ֤יve.shi.lam.TiH7999you for the yearsהַשָּׁנִ֔יםha.sha.NimH8141That theswarmingH697locustהָֽאַרְבֶּ֔הha.'ar.BehH697has eatenאָכַ֣ל'a.KhalH398,The creepingH3218locustהַיֶּ֖לֶקhai.Ye.lekH3218,the strippingH2625locustוְהֶחָסִ֣ילve.he.cha.SilH2625,and the gnawingH1501locustוְהַגָּזָ֑םve.ha.ga.ZamH1501--My greatהַגָּד֔וֹלha.ga.DolH1419armyחֵילִי֙chei.LiH2428whichH834I sentשִׁלַּ֖חְתִּיshi.Lach.tiH7971among you.

26You will haveH398plentyH398toH398eatH398and beH7646satisfiedH7646, And you willpraiseוְהִלַּלְתֶּ֗םve.hi.lal.TemH1984the nameשֵׁ֤םshemH8034of the Lordיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068your Godאֱלֹ֣הֵיכֶ֔ם'e.Lo.hei.KhemH430,Whoאֲשֶׁר־'a.Sher-H834hasdealtעָשָׂ֥ה'a.SahH6213wondrouslyלְהַפְלִ֑יאle.haf.Li'H6381with you;Then My peopleעַמִּ֖י'a.MiH5971willneverוְלֹא־ לְעוֹלָֽם׃ve.lo'- le.'o.LamH3808 H5769be putH954toH954shameH954.

27So you willknowוִידַעְתֶּ֗םvi.da'.TemH3045that I am in the midstבְקֶ֤רֶבve.Ke.revH7130of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵל֙Yis.ra.'ElH3478,And that I am the Lordיְהוָ֥הYah.wehH3068your Godאֱלֹהֵיכֶ֖ם'e.lo.hei.KhemH430And thereH369isH369noH369otherע֑וֹדodH5750;And My peopleעַמִּ֖י'a.MiH5971will neverוְלֹא־ לְעוֹלָֽם׃ סve.lo'- le.'o.LamH3808 H5769beputH954toH954shameH954.
