Revelation 17:3-5
3And 1he carried me away 23in the Spirit 4into a wilderness; and I saw a woman sitting on a 5scarlet beast, full of 6blasphemous names, having 7seven heads and ten horns.
4The woman 8was clothed in purple and scarlet, and 9adorned with gold, precious 10stones, and pearls, holding in her hand 11a gold cup full of abominations and of the unclean things of her sexual immorality,
5and on her forehead a name was written, 12a 13mystery: “14BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF PROSTITUTES AND OF 15THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.”
