Revelation 17:12-18

12The 1ten horns which you saw are ten kings who have not yet received a kingdom, but they receive authority as kings with the beast 2for one hour. 13These have 3one 4purpose, and they give their power and authority to the beast. 14These will wage 5war against the Lamb, and the Lamb will 6overcome them because He is 7Lord of lords and 8King of kings; and 9those who are with Him are the 10called and chosen and faithful.”

15And he said to me, “The 11waters which you saw where the prostitute sits are 12peoples and multitudes, and nations and languages. 16And the 13ten horns which you saw, and the beast, these will hate the prostitute and will make her 14desolate and 15naked, and will 16eat her flesh and will 17burn her up with fire. 17For 18God has put it in their hearts to execute His 19purpose 20by 21having a common purpose, and by giving their kingdom to the beast, until the 22words of God will be fulfilled. 18The woman whom you saw is 23the great city, which 24reigns over the kings of the earth.”
