Jeremiah 14:7-9
7Though our 1wrongdoings testify against us, Lord, act 2for the sake of Your name! Our 3apostasies have indeed been many, We have 4sinned against You.85Hope of Israel, Its 6Savior in 7time of distress, Why are You like a stranger in the land, Or like a traveler who has pitched his tent for the night?9Why are You like a confused person, Like a warrior who 8cannot save? Yet 9You are in our midst, Lord, And we are 10called by Your name; Do not leave us!”
