Habakkuk 1:3-4
3Why do You make me 1see disaster, And make me look at destitution? Yes, 2devastation and violence are before me; 3Strife exists and contention arises.4Therefore the 4Law 5is ignored, And justice 6is never upheld. For the wicked 7surround the righteous; Therefore justice comes out 8confused.
