Habakkuk 1:3-4
3Why do You make me 1see iniquity, And cause me to look on wickedness? Yes, 2destruction and violence are before me; 3Strife exists and contention arises.4Therefore the 4law is 5ignored And justice 6is never upheld. For the wicked 7surround the righteous; Therefore justice comes out 8perverted.
