Genesis 18:11-14
11Now 1Abraham and Sarah were old, advanced in age; Sarah was 2past 3childbearing.
12So Sarah laughed 4to herself, saying, “5After I have become old, am I to have pleasure, my 6lord being old also?”
13But the Lord said to Abraham, “Why did Sarah laugh, saying, ‘Shall I actually give birth to a child, when I am so old?’
147Is anything too 8difficult for the Lord? At the 9appointed time I will return to you, 10at this time next year, and Sarah will have a son.”
