Genesis 10:6-14
61The sons of Ham were Cush, Mizraim, Put, and Canaan. 7The sons of Cush were 2Seba, Havilah, Sabtah, 3Raamah, and Sabteca; and the sons of Raamah were 4Sheba and 5Dedan. 8Now Cush fathered Nimrod; he 6became a mighty one on the earth. 9He was a mighty hunter before the Lord; therefore it is said, “Like Nimrod a mighty hunter before the Lord.” 10And the beginning of his kingdom was 78Babel, Erech, Accad, and Calneh, in the land of 9Shinar. 11From that land he went 10to Assyria, and built Nineveh, Rehoboth-Ir, Calah, 12and Resen between Nineveh and Calah; that is the great city. 13Mizraim fathered 11Ludim, Anamim, Lehabim, Naphtuhim, 1412Pathrusim, Casluhim (from whom came the Philistines), and Caphtorim.
