21The sons of Japheth were 2Gomer, Magog, 3Madai, 4Javan, Tubal, 5Meshech, and Tiras. 3The sons of Gomer were 6Ashkenaz, 7Riphath, and 8Togarmah. 4The sons of Javan were Elishah, 9Tarshish, Kittim, and 10Dodanim. 5From these the people of the coastlands of the nations 11were separated into their lands, every one according to his language, according to their families, into their nations.
