18For 1if the inheritance is 2based on law, it is no longer 3based on a promise; but 4God has granted it to Abraham by means of a promise.
195Why the Law then? It was added on account of the 6violations, having been 7ordered through angels 8at the hand of a 9mediator, until 10the Seed would come to whom the promise had been made.
