Exodus 29:36-41

361Each day you shall offer a bull as a sin offering for atonement, and you shall 2purify the altar when you make atonement 3for it, and 4you shall anoint it to consecrate it. 37For seven days you shall make atonement 5for the altar and consecrate it; then 6the altar shall be most holy, and whatever touches the altar shall be holy.

38“Now 7this is what you shall offer on the altar: two one-year-old lambs each day, continuously. 39The 8one lamb you shall offer in the morning, and the 9other lamb you shall offer at 10twilight; 40and there shall be a 11tenth of an ephah of fine flour mixed with a 12fourth of a hin of beaten oil, and a fourth of a hin of wine for a drink offering with one lamb. 41The 13other lamb you shall offer at 14twilight, and shall offer with it 15the same grain offering and 16the same drink offering as in the morning, for a soothing aroma, an offering by fire to the Lord.
