Ephesians 4:8-10
8Therefore 1it says, “2When He ascended on high, He 3led captive the captives, And He gave gifts to people.” 9(Now this expression, “He 4ascended,” what 5does it mean except that He also 6had descended into 7the lower parts of the earth? 10He who descended is Himself also He who ascended 8far above all the heavens, so that He might 9fill all things.)
