Colossians 1:13-18

131For He rescued us from the 23domain of darkness, and transferred us to the kingdom of 45His beloved Son, 146in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.

157He is the 8image of the 9invisible God, the 10firstborn of all creation: 16for 1112by Him all things were created, 13both in the heavens and on earth, visible and invisible, whether 14thrones, or dominions, or rulers, or authorities--15all things have been created through Him and for Him. 17He 1617is before all things, and in Him all things 18hold together. 18He is also the 19head of 20the body, the church; and He is 21the beginning, 22the firstborn from the dead, so that He Himself will come to have first place in everything.
