2 Corinthians 11:7-9
7Or 1did I commit a sin by humbling myself so that you might be exalted, because I preached the 2gospel of God to you 3without charge?
8I robbed other churches by 4taking wages from them to serve you;
9and when I was present with you and was in need, I was 5not a burden to anyone; for when 6the brothers came from 7Macedonia they fully supplied my need, and in everything I kept myself from 8being a burden to you, 9and will continue to do so.
