2 Corinthians 11:19-23

19For you, 1being so wise, tolerate the foolish gladly. 20For you tolerate it if anyone 2enslaves you, if anyone 3devours you, if anyone 4takes advantage of you, if anyone 5exalts himself, if anyone 6hits you in the face. 21To my 7shame I must say that we have been 8weak by comparison.

But in whatever respect anyone else 9is bold--I am 10speaking in foolishness--I too am bold. 22Are they 11Hebrews? 12So am I. Are they 13Israelites? 14So am I. Are they 15 16descendants of Abraham? 17So am I. 23Are they 18servants of Christ?--I am speaking as if insane--I more so; in 19far more labors, in 20far more imprisonments, 21 22beaten times without number, often in danger of 23death.
