1 Timothy 6:10-12

10For 1the love of money is a root of all 2sorts of evil, and some by longing for it have 3wandered away from the faith and pierced themselves with many 4griefs.

11But 5flee from these things, you 6man of God, and pursue righteousness, godliness, 7faith, 8love, 9perseverance, and gentleness. 1210Fight the good fight of 11faith; 12take hold of the eternal life 13to which you were called, and for which you made the good 14confession in the presence of 15many witnesses.
