1 Thessalonians 5:19-28

19 1Do not quench the Spirit, 20do not utterly reject 2 3prophecies, 21but 4examine everything; 5hold firmly to that which is good, 22abstain from every 6form of evil.

23Now 7may the God of peace 8Himself sanctify you entirely; and may your 9spirit and soul and body be kept complete, 10without blame at 11the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. 24 12Faithful is He who 13calls you, and He also will do it.

25Brothers and sisters, 14pray for us15.

26 16Greet all the brothers and sisters with a holy kiss. 27I put you under oath by the Lord to 17have this letter read to all the 18brothers and sisters.

28 19May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you.
