1 Thessalonians 4:7-12

7For 1God has not called us for 23impurity, but in sanctification. 8Therefore, the one who rejects this is not rejecting man, but the God who 4gives His Holy Spirit to you.

9Now as to the 5love of the brothers and sisters, you 6have no need for anyone to write to you, for you yourselves are 7taught by God to love one another; 10for indeed 8you practice it toward all the brothers and sisters who are in all Macedonia. But we urge you, brothers and sisters, to 9excel even more, 11and to make it your ambition 10to lead a quiet life and 11attend to your own business and 12work with your hands, just as we instructed you, 12so that you will 1314behave properly toward 15outsiders and 1617not be in any need.
