1 John 3:14-18
14We know that we have 1passed out of death into life, 2because we love the brothers and sisters. The one who does not love remains in death.
15Everyone who 3hates his brother or sister is a murderer, and you know that 4no murderer has eternal life remaining in him.
16We know love by this, that 5He laid down His life for us; and 6we ought to lay down our lives for the 7brothers and sisters.
17But 8whoever has worldly goods and sees his brother or sister in need, and 9closes his 10heart 11against him, 12how does the love of God remain in him?
1813Little children, let’s not love with word or with tongue, but in deed and 14truth.
