5The Gileaditesגִּלְעָ֛דgil.'AdH1568capturedוַיִּלְכֹּ֥דvai.yil.KodH3920the fordsמַעְבְּר֥וֹתma'.be.RotH4569of the Jordanהַיַּרְדֵּ֖ןhai.yar.DenH3383opposite Ephraimלְאֶפְרָ֑יִםle.'ef.Ra.yimH669.And it happenedוְֽ֠הָיָהVe.ha.yahH1961whenכִּ֣יkiH3588any ofthe fugitivesפְּלִיטֵ֤יpe.li.TeiH6412of Ephraimאֶפְרַ֙יִם֙'ef.Ra.yimH669saidיֹאמְר֞וּyo.me.RuH559, “Let me crossH5674overH5674,”the menH376of Gileadגִלְעָ֛דgil.'AdH1568would sayוַיֹּ֨אמְרוּvai.Yo.me.ruH559to him, “Are you an Ephraimiteהַֽאֶפְרָתִ֥יha.'ef.ra.TiH673?”If he saidוַיֹּ֥אמֶֽר׀vai.Yo.merH559, “Noלֹֽא׃Lo'H3808,”
