For you haveplayedH2181the harlotH2181,forsakingH4480H5921your Godאֱלֹהֶ֑יךָ'e.lo.Hei.khaH430.You have lovedאָהַ֣בְתָּ'a.Hav.taH157harlots’earningsאֶתְנָ֔ן'et.NanH868oneveryכָּל־kol-H3605threshingגָּרְנ֥וֹתga.re.NotH1637floorH1637.
3They will not remainיֵשְׁב֖וּye.she.VuH3427inthe Lord’sיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068landבְּאֶ֣רֶץbe.'E.retzH776,But Ephraimאֶפְרַ֙יִם֙'ef.Ra.yimH669will returnוְשָׁ֤בve.ShavH7725toEgyptמִצְרַ֔יִםmitz.Ra.yimH4714, And inAssyriaוּבְאַשּׁ֖וּרu.ve.'a.ShurH804they will eatיֹאכֵֽלוּ׃yo.Khe.luH398uncleanטָמֵ֥אta.Me'H2931food.
4They will not pourיִסְּכ֨וּyi.se.KhuH5258out drinkH5258offeringsH5258ofwineיַיִן֮ya.YinH3196to the Lordלַיהוָ֥ה׀la.Yah.wehH3068,Their sacrificesזִבְחֵיהֶ֗םziv.chei.HemH2077will not pleaseיֶֽעֶרְבוּ־ye.'er.vu-H6149Him. Their bread will be likemourners’אוֹנִים֙'o.NimH205breadכְּלֶ֤חֶםke.Le.chemH3899;Allכָּל־kol-H3605who eatאֹכְלָ֖יו'o.khe.LavH398of it will bedefiledיִטַמָּ֑אוּyi.ta.Ma.'uH2930,For their breadלַחְמָ֣םlach.MamH3899will be forthemselvesלְנַפְשָׁ֔םle.naf.ShamH5315alone;It will not enterיָב֖וֹאya.Vo'H935the houseבֵּ֥יתbeitH1004of the Lordיְהוָֽה׃Yah.wehH3068.
6For beholdהִנֵּ֤הhi.NehH2009,they will goהָֽלְכוּ֙ha.le.KhuH1980becauseH4480of destructionמִשֹּׁ֔דmi.ShodH7701;Egyptמִצְרַ֥יִםmitz.Ra.yimH4714will gatherתְּקַבְּצֵ֖םte.ka.be.TzemH6908them up,Memphisמֹ֣ףmofH4644will buryתְּקַבְּרֵ֑םte.ka.be.RemH6912them.Weedsקִמּוֹשׂ֙ki.mOsH7057will takeיִֽירָשֵׁ֔םyi.ra.ShemH3423overH3423their treasuresמַחְמַ֣דmach.MadH4261of silverלְכַסְפָּ֗םle.khas.PamH3701;Thornsח֖וֹחַCho.achH2336will bein their tentsבְּאָהֳלֵיהֶֽם׃be.'o.ho.lei.HemH168.

8Ephraimאֶפְרַ֖יִם'ef.Ra.yimH669wasa watchmanצֹפֶ֥הtzo.PehH6822with my Godאֱלֹהָ֑י'e.lo.HaiH430,a prophetנָבִ֞יאna.Vi'H5030; Yetthe snareפַּ֤חpachH6341of a birdH3352catcherH3352is in allכָּל־kol-H3605his waysדְּרָכָ֔יוde.ra.KhavH1870, And there is onlyhostilityמַשְׂטֵמָ֖הmas.te.MahH4895in the houseבְּבֵ֥יתbe.VeitH1004of his Godאֱלֹהָֽיו׃'e.lo.HavH430.

10I foundמָצָ֙אתִי֙ma.Tza.tiH4672Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֔לYis.ra.'ElH3478likegrapesכַּעֲנָבִ֣יםka.'a.na.VimH6025in the wildernessבַּמִּדְבָּ֗רba.mid.BarH4057;I sawרָאִ֖יתִיra.'I.tiH7200your forefathersאֲבֽוֹתֵיכֶ֑ם'a.vo.tei.KhemH1as theearliestכְּבִכּוּרָ֤הke.vi.ku.RahH1063fruitH1063on the figבִתְאֵנָה֙vit.'e.NahH8384treeH8384in its firstבְּרֵ֣אשִׁיתָ֔הּbe.Re.shi.TahH7225season. Butthey cameבָּ֣אוּBa.'uH935toBaal-peorH1187and devotedוַיִּנָּֽזְרוּ֙vai.yi.na.ze.RuH5144themselves toshameלַבֹּ֔שֶׁתla.Bo.shetH1322,And they becameוַיִּהְי֥וּvai.yih.YuH1961asdetestableשִׁקּוּצִ֖יםshi.ku.TzimH8251as that whichH159they lovedכְּאָהֳבָֽם׃ke.'o.ho.VamH157.
12Thoughכִּ֤י אִם־ki 'im-H3588H518they bringיְגַדְּלוּ֙ye.ga.de.LuH1431up their childrenבְּנֵיהֶ֔םbe.nei.HemH1121,Yet I will bereaveוְשִׁכַּלְתִּ֖יםve.shi.kal.TimH7921themuntil not a manמֵֽאָדָ֑םme.'a.DamH120is left.Yesכִּֽי־ki-H3588,woeא֥וֹי'oH188to them indeedגַם־gam-H1571when I departבְּשׂוּרִ֥יbe.su.RiH5493from them!
13Ephraimאֶפְרַ֛יִם'ef.Ra.yimH669,as I have seenרָאִ֥יתִיra.'I.tiH7200,Is plantedשְׁתוּלָ֣הshe.tu.LahH8362in a pleasant meadowבְנָוֶ֑הve.na.VehH5116likeTyreלְצ֖וֹרle.TzorH6865;But Ephraimוְאֶפְרַ֕יִםve.'ef.Ra.yimH669will bringלְהוֹצִ֥יאle.ho.Tzi'H3318out his childrenבָּנָֽיו׃ba.NavH1121for slaughterהֹרֵ֖גho.RegH2026.
