Revelation 5:2-14

2And I saw a 1strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, “Who is worthy to open the 2book and to break its seals?” 3And no one 3in heaven or on the earth or under the earth was able to open the 4book or to look into it. 4Then I began to weep greatly because no one was found worthy to open the 5book or to look into it; 5and one of the elders said to me, “Stop weeping; behold, the 6Lion that is 7from the tribe of Judah, the 8Root of David, has overcome so as to open the 9book and its seven seals.”

6And I saw 10between the throne (with the four living creatures) and 11the elders a 12Lamb standing, as if 13slain, having seven 14horns and 15seven eyes, which are 16the seven Spirits of God, sent out into all the earth. 7And He came and took 17the book out of the right hand of Him who 18sat on the throne. 8When He had taken the 19book, the 20four living creatures and the 21twenty-four elders 22fell down before the 23Lamb, each one holding a 24harp and 25golden bowls full of incense, which are the 26prayers of the 27saints. 9And they sang a 28new song, saying, “29Worthy are You to take the 30book and to break its seals; for You were 31slain, and 32purchased for God with Your blood men from 33every tribe and tongue and people and nation. 10You have made them to be a 34kingdom and 35priests to our God; and they will 36reign upon the earth.”

11Then I looked, and I heard the voice of many angels 37around the throne and the 38living creatures and the 39elders; and the number of them was 40myriads of myriads, and thousands of thousands, 12saying with a loud voice, “41Worthy is the 42Lamb that was 43slain to receive power and riches and wisdom and might and honor and glory and blessing.” 13And 44every created thing which is in heaven and on the earth and under the earth and on the sea, and all things in them, I heard saying, “To Him who 45sits on the throne, and to the 46Lamb, 47be blessing and honor and glory and dominion forever and ever.” 14And the 48four living creatures kept saying, “49Amen.” And the 50elders 51fell down and worshiped.
