Revelation 12:5-12

5And 1she gave birth to a son, a male child, who is to 23rule all the 4nations with a rod of iron; and her child was 5caught up to God and to His throne. 6Then the woman fled into the wilderness where she had a place prepared by God, so that there 6she would be nourished for 7one thousand two hundred and sixty days.

7And there was war in heaven, 8Michael and his angels waging war with the 9dragon. The dragon and 10his angels waged war, 8and they were not strong enough, and there was no longer a place found for them in heaven. 9And the great 11dragon was thrown down, the 12serpent of old who is called the devil and 13Satan, who 14deceives the whole 15world; he was 16thrown down to the earth, and his angels were thrown down with him. 10Then I heard 17a loud voice in heaven, saying,

“Now the 18salvation, and the power, and the 19kingdom of our God and the authority of His Christ have come, for the 20accuser of our brethren has been thrown down, he who accuses them before our God day and night. 11And they 21overcame him because of 22the blood of the Lamb and because of 23the word of their testimony, and they 24did not love their life even 25when faced with death. 12For this reason, 26rejoice, O heavens and 27you who 28dwell in them. 29Woe to the earth and the sea, because 30the devil has come down to you, having great wrath, knowing that he has only 31a short time.”
