Isaiah 45:16-25
16They will be 1put to shame and even humiliated, all of them; The 2manufacturers of idols will go away together in humiliation.17Israel has been saved by the Lord With an 3everlasting salvation; You 4will not be put to shame or humiliated To all eternity.
18For thus says the Lord, who 5created the heavens (He is the God who 6formed the earth and made it, He established it and did not create it 7a 8waste place, but formed it to be 9inhabited), “I am the Lord, and 10there is none else.1911I have not spoken in secret, In 12some dark land; I did not say to the 1314offspring of Jacob, ‘15Seek Me in 16a waste place’; I, the Lord, 17speak righteousness, 18Declaring things that are upright.
20“19Gather yourselves and come; Draw near together, you fugitives of the nations; 20They have no knowledge, Who 21carry about 22their wooden idol And 23pray to a god who cannot save.2124Declare and set forth your case; Indeed, let them consult together. 25Who has announced this from of old? Who has long since declared it? Is it not I, the Lord? And there is 26no other God besides Me, A righteous God and a 27Savior; There is none except Me.2228Turn to Me and 29be saved, all the ends of the earth; For I am God, and there is no other.2330I have sworn by Myself, The 31word has gone forth from My mouth in righteousness And will not turn back, That to Me 32every knee will bow, every tongue will 33swear allegiance.24They will say of Me, ‘Only 34in the Lord are righteousness and strength.’ Men will come to Him, And 35all who were angry at Him will be put to shame.25In the Lord all the offspring of Israel Will be 36justified and will 37glory.”
