Isaiah 14:29-32
29“Do not rejoice, O 1Philistia, all of you, Because the rod that 2struck you is broken; For from the serpent’s root a 3viper will come out, And its fruit will be a 4flying serpent.305Those who are most 6helpless will eat, And the needy will lie down in security; I will 7destroy your root with 8famine, And it will kill off your survivors.31Wail, O 9gate; cry, O city; 10Melt away, O 11Philistia, all of you; For smoke comes from the 12north, And 13there is no straggler in his ranks.32How then will one answer the 14messengers of the nation? That 15the Lord has founded Zion, And 16the afflicted of His people will seek refuge in it.”
