Isaiah 54:9-13

9For this is asthe watersמֵ֥יmeiH4325of Noahנֹ֙חַ֙no.achH5146unto me: for asI have swornנִשְׁבַּ֗עְתִּיnish.Ba'.tiH7650that the watersמֵי־mei-H4325of Noahנֹ֛חַNo.achH5146should no more go overמֵעֲבֹ֥רme.'a.VorH5674the earthהָאָ֑רֶץha.'A.retzH776;so have I swornנִשְׁבַּ֛עְתִּיnish.Ba'.tiH7650that I would not be wrothמִקְּצֹ֥ףmi.ke.TzofH7107with thee, nor rebukeוּמִגְּעָר־u.mi.ge.'or-H1605thee.

10For the mountainsהֶֽהָרִים֙he.ha.RimH2022shall departיָמ֔וּשׁוּya.Mu.shuH4185,and the hillsוְהַגְּבָע֖וֹתve.ha.ge.va.'otH1389be removedתְּמוּטֶ֑נָהte.mu.Te.nahH4131;but my kindnessוְחַסְדִּ֞יve.chas.DiH2617shall not departיָמ֗וּשׁya.MushH4185from thee, neither shall the covenantוּבְרִ֤יתu.ve.RitH1285of my peaceשְׁלוֹמִי֙she.lo.MiH7965be removedתָמ֔וּטta.MutH4131,saithאָמַ֥ר'a.MarH559the Lordיְהוָֽה׃ סYah.wehH3068that hath mercyמְרַחֲמֵ֖ךְme.ra.cha.MekhH7355on thee.

11O thou afflictedעֲנִיָּ֥ה'a.ni.YahH6041,tossed with tempestסֹעֲרָ֖הso.'a.RahH5590, andnot comfortedנֻחָ֑מָהnu.Cha.mahH5162,behold, I will layמַרְבִּ֤יץmar.BitzH7257thy stonesאֲבָנַ֔יִךְ'a.va.Na.yikhH68with fair coloursבַּפּוּךְ֙ba.puKhH6320,and lay thy foundationsוִיסַדְתִּ֖יךְvi.sad.TikhH3245with sapphiresבַּסַּפִּירִֽים׃ba.sa.pi.RimH5601.

12And I will makeוְשַׂמְתִּ֤יve.sam.TiH7760thy windowsשִׁמְשֹׁתַ֔יִךְshim.sho.Ta.yikhH8121of agatesכַּֽדְכֹד֙kad.KhodH3539,and thy gatesוּשְׁעָרַ֖יִךְu.she.'a.Ra.yikhH8179of carbunclesלְאַבְנֵ֣י אֶקְדָּ֑חle.'av.Nei 'ek.DachH688 H68,and all thy bordersגְּבוּלֵ֖ךְge.vu.LekhH1366of pleasantחֵֽפֶץ׃Che.fetzH2656stonesלְאַבְנֵי־le.'av.nei-H68.

13And all thy childrenבָּנַ֖יִךְba.Na.yikhH1121shall betaughtלִמּוּדֵ֣יli.mu.DeiH3928of the Lordיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068;and greatוְרַ֖בve.RavH7227shall bethe peaceשְׁל֥וֹםshe.LomH7965of thy childrenבָּנָֽיִךְ׃ba.Na.yikhH1121.
