25I have raised upהַעִיר֤וֹתִיha.'i.Ro.tiH5782onefrom the northמִצָּפוֹן֙mi.tza.fOnH6828,and he shall comeוַיַּ֔אתvai.YatH857:from the risingמִמִּזְרַח־mi.miz.rach-H4217of the sunשֶׁ֖מֶשׁShe.meshH8121shall he callיִקְרָ֣אyik.Ra'H7121upon my nameבִשְׁמִ֑יvish.MiH8034:and he shall comeוְיָבֹ֤אve.ya.Vo'H935upon princesסְגָנִים֙se.ga.NimH5461as uponmorterחֹ֔מֶרCho.merH2563,and as the potterיוֹצֵ֖רyo.TzerH3335treadethיִרְמָס־yir.mos-H7429clayטִֽיט׃TitH2916.

26Who hath declaredהִגִּ֤ידhi.GidH5046from the beginningמֵרֹאשׁ֙me.roShH7218,that we may knowוְנֵדָ֔עָהve.ne.Da.'ahH3045?and beforetimeוּמִלְּפָנִ֖יםu.mi.le.fa.NimH6440,that we may sayוְנֹאמַ֣רve.no.MarH559, He isrighteousצַדִּ֑יקtza.DikH6662? yea, there isnone that shewethמַגִּ֗ידma.GidH5046, yea, there isnone that declarethמַשְׁמִ֔יעַmash.Mi.a'H8085, yea, there isnone that hearethשֹׁמֵ֖עַsho.Me.a'H8085your wordsאִמְרֵיכֶֽם׃'im.rei.KhemH561.

27The firstרִאשׁ֥וֹןri.ShonH7223shall sayto Zionלְצִיּ֖וֹןle.tzi.YonH6726,BeholdH2009,beholdH2009them: and I will giveאֶתֵּֽן׃'e.TenH5414to Jerusalemוְלִירוּשָׁלִַ֖םve.li.ru.sha.LimH3389one that bringeth good tidingsמְבַשֵּׂ֥רme.va.SerH1319.

28For I beheldוְאֵ֙רֶא֙ve.'E.re'H7200, and there wasno manאִ֔ישׁ'IshH376; even among them, and there wasno counsellorיוֹעֵ֑ץyo.'EtzH3289,that, when I askedוְאֶשְׁאָלֵ֖םve.'esh.'a.LemH7592of them, could answerוְיָשִׁ֥יבוּve.ya.Shi.vuH7725a wordדָבָֽר׃da.VarH1697.
