16IfH518 you have understandingH998, hearH8085 thisH2063; listen toH238H6963 my wordsH4405.17CouldH637 one who hatesH8130 justiceH4941 governH2280H518? Will you condemnH7561 the justH6662 and mighty OneH3524,18who saysH559 to kingsH4428, ‘You are worthlessH1100!’ and toH413 noblesH5081, ‘You are wickedH7563,’19whoH834 is notH3808 partialH5375H6440 to princesH8269 and does notH3808 favorH5234 richH7771 overH6440 poorH1800? ForH3588 they are allH3605 the workH4639 of His handsH3027.20They dieH4191 in an instantH7281, in the middleH2676 of the nightH3915. The peopleH5971 convulseH1607 and pass awayH5674; the mightyH47 are removedH5493 withoutH3808 human handH3027.
