7May my enemyH341 beH1961 like the wickedH7563 and my opponentH6965 like the unjustH5767.8ForH3588 whatH4100 is the hopeH8615 of the godlessH2611 whenH3588 he is cut offH1214, whenH3588 GodH433 takes awayH7953 his lifeH5315?9Will GodH410 hearH8085 his cryH6818 whenH3588 distressH6869 comesH935 upon himH5921?10Will he delightH6026 inH5921 the AlmightyH7706? Will he call uponH7121 GodH433 at allH3605 timesH6256 H518?11I will instructH3384 youH853 in the powerH3027 of GodH410. I will notH3808 concealH3582 the ways ofH834 H5973 the AlmightyH7706.12SurelyH2005 all of youH3605 have seenH2372 it for yourselvesH859. Why thenH4100 do you keep up thisH2088 empty talkH1892 H1891?

13ThisH2088 is the wickedH7563 man’sH120 portionH2506 fromH5973 GodH410—the heritageH5159 the ruthlessH6184 receiveH3947 from the AlmightyH7706.14ThoughH518 his sonsH1121 are manyH7235, they are destined forH3926 the swordH2719;and his offspringH6631 will neverH3808 have enoughH7646 foodH3899.15His survivorsH8300 will be buriedH6912 by the plagueH4194,and their widowsH490 will notH3808 weep for themH1058.16ThoughH518 he heaps upH6651 silverH3701 like dustH6083and piles upH3559 a wardrobeH4403 like clayH2563,17what he lays upH3559, the righteousH6662 will wearH3847,and his silverH3701 will be dividedH2505 by the innocentH5355.18The houseH1004 he builtH1129 is like a moth’s cocoonH6211,like a hutH5521 set upH6213 by a watchmanH5341.19He lies downH7901 wealthyH6223, but will do so no moreH3808 H622;when he opensH6491 his eyesH5869, all is goneH369.20TerrorsH1091 overtake himH5381 like a floodH4325;a tempestH5492 sweeps him awayH1589 in the nightH3915.21The east windH6921 carries him awayH5375, and he is goneH1980;it sweeps himH8175 out of his placeH4725.22It hurls itselfH7993 against himH5921 withoutH3808 mercyH2550as he flees headlongH1272 from its powerH3027.23It clapsH5606 its handsH3709 at himH5921and hissesH8319 himH5921 out of his placeH4725.
