Daniel 11:21-29
InH5921 his placeH3653 a despicable personH959 will ariseH5975; royalH4438 honorsH1935 will notH3808 be givenH5414 to himH5921, but he will comeH935 in a time of peaceH7962 and seizeH2388 the kingdomH4438 by intrigueH2519. 22Then a floodH7858 of forcesH2220 will be swept awayH7857 before himH6440 and destroyedH7665, along withH1571 a princeH5057 of the covenantH1285.
AfterH4480 an alliance is madeH2266 with himH413, he will actH6213 deceitfullyH4820; for he will riseH5927 to powerH6105 with only a fewH4592 peopleH1471. 24In a time of peaceH7962, he will invadeH935 the richestH4924 provincesH4082 and doH6213 whatH834 his fathersH1 and forefathersH1 neverH3808 didH6213. He will lavishH967 plunderH961, lootH7998, and wealthH7399 on his followers, and he will plotH2803H4284 againstH5921 the strongholdsH4013—but only forH5704 a timeH6256.
And with a largeH1419 armyH2428 he will stir upH5782 his powerH3581 and his courageH3824 againstH5921 the kingH4428 of the SouthH5045, who will mobilizeH1624H4421 a veryH5704H3966 largeH1419 and powerfulH6099 armyH2428 but will notH3808 withstandH5975 the plotsH4284 devisedH2803 against himH5921. 26Those who eatH398 from his provisionsH6598 will seek to destroy himH7665; his armyH2428 will be swept awayH7857, and manyH7227 will fallH5307 slainH2491.
And the twoH8147 kingsH4428, with their heartsH3824 bent on evilH4827, will speakH1696 liesH3577 atH5921 the sameH259 tableH7979, but to noH3808 availH6743, forH3588 stillH5750 the endH7093 will come at the appointed timeH4150. 28The king of the North will returnH7725 to his landH776 with greatH1419 wealthH7399, but his heartH3824 will be set againstH5921 the holyH6944 covenantH1285; so he will doH6213 damage and returnH7725 to his own landH776.
At the appointed timeH4150 he will invadeH935 the SouthH5045 againH7725, but this time will notH3808 beH1961 like the firstH7223H314.
