4Forכִּ֤יkiH3588Gazaעַזָּה֙'a.ZahH5804will beתִֽהְיֶ֔הtih.YehH1961abandonedעֲזוּבָ֣ה'a.zu.VahH5800,and Ashkelonוְאַשְׁקְל֖וֹןve.'ash.ke.LonH831left in ruinsלִשְׁמָמָ֑הlish.ma.MahH8077.Ashdodאַשְׁדּ֗וֹד'ash.DodH795will be driven outיְגָ֣רְשׁ֔וּהָye.Ga.re.Shu.haH1644at noonבַּֽצָּהֳרַ֙יִם֙ba.tzo.ho.Ra.yimH6672,and Ekronוְעֶקְר֖וֹןve.'ek.RonH6138will be uprootedתֵּעָקֵֽר׃ סte.'a.KerH6131.
5Woeה֗וֹיHoH1945to the dwellersיֹֽשְׁבֵ֛יyo.she.VeiH3427ofחֶ֥בֶלChe.velH2256the seacoastהַיָּ֖םhai.YamH3220,O nationגּ֣וֹיGoyH1471of the Cherethitesכְּרֵתִ֑יםke.re.TimH3774!The wordדְּבַר־de.var-H1697of the LORDיְהוָ֣הYah.wehH3068is against youעֲלֵיכֶ֗ם'a.lei.KhemH5921,O Canaanכְּנַ֙עַן֙ke.Na.'anH3667,landאֶ֣רֶץ'E.retzH776of the Philistinesפְּלִשְׁתִּ֔יםpe.lish.TimH6430: “I will destroy youוְהַאֲבַדְתִּ֖יךְve.ha.'a.vad.TikhH6,and no one will beמֵאֵ֥יןme.'EinH369leftיוֹשֵֽׁב׃yo.ShevH3427.”
7The coast will belongחֶ֗בֶלChe.velH2256toוְהָ֣יָהve.Ha.yahH1961the remnantלִשְׁאֵרִ֛יתlish.'e.RitH7611of the houseבֵּ֥יתbeitH1004of Judahיְהוּדָ֖הye.hu.DahH3063;thereעֲלֵיהֶ֣ם'a.lei.HemH5921they will find pastureיִרְע֑וּןyir.'UnH7462.They will lie downיִרְבָּצ֔וּןyir.ba.TzunH7257in the eveningבָּעֶ֙רֶב֙ba.'E.revH6153among the housesבְּבָתֵּ֣יbe.va.TeiH1004of Ashkelonאַשְׁקְל֗וֹן'ash.ke.LonH831,forכִּ֧יkiH3588the LORDיְהוָ֥הYah.wehH3068their Godאֱלֹהֵיהֶ֖ם'e.lo.hei.HemH430will attend to themיִפְקְדֵ֛םyif.ke.DemH6485and restoreוְשָׁ֥בve.ShavH7725their captivesשְׁבִיתָֽם׃she.vu.tamH7622.
8“I have heardשָׁמַ֙עְתִּי֙sha.Ma'.tiH8085the reproachחֶרְפַּ֣תcher.PatH2781of Moabמוֹאָ֔בmo.'AvH4124and the insultsוְגִדּוּפֵ֖יve.gi.du.FeiH1421of the Ammonitesבְּנֵ֣י עַמּ֑וֹןbe.Nei a.MonH1121H5983,whoאֲשֶׁ֤ר'a.SherH834have tauntedחֵֽרְפוּ֙che.re.FuH2778אֶת־'et-H853My peopleעַמִּ֔י'a.MiH5971and threatenedוַיַּגְדִּ֖ילוּ עַל־vai.yag.Di.lu 'al-H1431H5921their bordersגְּבוּלָֽם׃ge.vu.LamH1366.
9Thereforeלָכֵ֣ןla.KhenH3651,as surely as Iאָ֡נִי'A.niH589liveחַי־chai-H2416,”declaresנְאֻם֩ne.'UmH5002the LORDיְהוָ֨הYah.wehH3068of Hostsצְבָא֜וֹתtze.va.'otH6635,the Godאֱלֹהֵ֣י'e.lo.HeiH430of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֗לYis.ra.'ElH3478, “surelyכִּֽי־ki-H3588Moabמוֹאָ֞בmo.'AvH4124will beתִּֽהְיֶה֙tih.YehH1961like Sodomכִּסְדֹ֤םkis.DomH5467and the Ammonitesוּבְנֵ֤י עַמּוֹן֙u.ve.Nei 'a.mOnH1121H5983like Gomorrahכַּֽעֲמֹרָ֔הka.'a.mo.RahH6017—a placeמִמְשַׁ֥קmi.ShakH4476of weedsחָר֛וּלcha.RulH2738andוּמִכְרֵה־u.mikh.reh-H4379salt pitsמֶ֥לַחMe.lachH4417,a perpetualעַד־ עוֹלָ֑ם'ad- o.LamH5704H5769wastelandוּשְׁמָמָ֖הu.she.ma.MahH8077.The remnantשְׁאֵרִ֤יתshe.'e.RitH7611of My peopleעַמִּי֙'a.MiH5971will plunder themיְבָזּ֔וּםye.va.ZumH962;the remainderוְיֶ֥תֶרve.Ye.terH3499of My nationגּוֹיִ֖יgoyiH1471will dispossess themיִנְחָלֽוּם׃yin.cha.LumH5157.”
