23If you had repentedתָּשׁ֗וּבוּta.Shu.vuH7725at my rebukeלְֽת֫וֹכַחְתִּ֥יle.To.khach.TiH8433,then surelyהִנֵּ֤הhi.NehH2009I would have poured outאַבִּ֣יעָה'a.Bi.'ahH5042myspirit on youרוּחִ֑יru.ChiH7307;I would have madeאוֹדִ֖יעָה'o.Di.'ahH3045my wordsדְבָרַ֣יde.va.RaiH1697known to youאֶתְכֶֽם׃'et.KhemH853.

24Becauseיַ֣עַןYa.'anH3282you refusedוַתְּמָאֵ֑נוּva.te.ma.'E.nuH3985my callקָ֭רָאתִיKa.ra.tiH7121,and no oneוְאֵ֣יןve.'EinH369tookמַקְשִֽׁיב׃mak.ShivH7181my outstretchedנָטִ֥יתִיna.Ti.tiH5186handיָ֝דִ֗יya.DiH3027,

25because you neglectedוַתִּפְרְע֥וּva.tif.re.'UH6544allכָל־khol-H3605my counselעֲצָתִ֑י'a.tza.TiH6098,and wantedאֲבִיתֶֽם׃'a.vi.TemH14noneלֹ֣אlo'H3808of my correctionוְ֝תוֹכַחְתִּ֗יve.to.khach.TiH8433,
