7Andוַיְהִ֨יvay.HiH1961Mordecaihad brought upאֹמֵ֜ן'o.MenH539אֶת־'et-H853Hadassahהֲדַסָּ֗הha.da.SahH1919(that isהִ֤יאhi'H1931,Estherאֶסְתֵּר֙'es.TerH635),the daughterבַּת־bat-H1323of his uncleדֹּד֔וֹdo.DoH1730,becauseכִּ֛יkiH3588she did notאֵ֥ין'einH369havea fatherאָ֣ב'avH1or motherוָאֵ֑םva.'EmH517.The young womanוְהַנַּעֲרָ֤הve.ha.na.'a.RahH5291was lovelyיְפַת־ye.fat-H3303in formתֹּ֙אַר֙to.'arH8389andוְטוֹבַ֣תve.to.VatH2896appearanceמַרְאֶ֔הmar.'EhH4758,and when her fatherאָבִ֙יהָ֙'a.Vi.haH1and motherוְאִמָּ֔הּve.'i.MahH517had diedוּבְמ֤וֹתu.ve.MotH4194,Mordecaiמָרְדֳּכַ֛יma.re.do.KhaiH4782had taken herלְקָחָ֧הּle.ka.ChahH3947as his owndaughterלְבַֽת׃le.VatH1323.
